Both the blank sheet and the model in front of you fully focuses the mind, obliging you to concentrate and carefully consider the human form. At the same time, life drawing sessions are surprisingly therapeutic.

The experience makes you search for - and find - your artistic and creative side, no matter how deeply buried, and brings it to the surface, as well as cultivating a connection with all those taking part, artists and models alike.
