Swimming, Walking and Free Nudism

Walking in the countryside, swimming in lakes and rivers and going to the beach are all excellent activities to do when living the naked life outside the naturist clubs and our homes. Swimming and walking are both activities that lend themselves beautifully to free naturism, but nearly all activities are improved by doing them naked.

Now that it's been admitted (sometimes begrudgingly) by the authorities in several European countries that public nudity is not illegal, we need to take full advantage of this freedom and get our naked bodies out into the world! In some countries nudity has been the norm in certain situations for a long time, and we must actively continue with this tradition. When it comes to our right to live our lives naked, we need to use it or, sooner or later, we'll lose it!

It is a case of reaching a critical mass – if just a handful of individuals engage in naked living outside the designated areas, it will never be enough to become the commonplace sight that the public need to see to get used to public nudity. They need to accept that it is really something that a lot of people like to participate in, and that it harms absolutely nobody (in fact it actually has many benefits)! A lot of us need to go out into the world naked so that the public can see with their own eyes that naked living is actually quite a popular concept!

The naked outdoor lifestyle is healthy, therapeutic, joyful and liberating, and is immensely beneficial for body confidence and self-esteem. In countries where public nudity is not illegal, people's greatest barriers to enjoying themselves in this way are often their own fears and anxieties.

It's more important than ever to put these concerns to one side and take advantage of the growing popularity of public nudity that we are enjoying at present, and which is reflected in its coverage in the media. We need to contribute to this popularity by being among the numbers of people partaking in public nudity, so that the phenomenon continues to grow and becomes a "normal" sight; we must move forward, naked and proud!
